FOR THE FORESEEABLE FUTURE, 100% OF PROFITS FROM THIS ALBUM WILL GO TO THE ARTIST + HIS FAMILY IN THE PHILIPPINES WITH THE AFTERMATH OF TYPHOON RAI. + Desmodus Rotundus - Pillar in the Temple of My God +Rests somewhere in between a bunch of extreme styles (black/death/grind/noise/etc), adds some groove à la Fluids(!) and then burns them all down in a holy theological fire, fitting for its themes from the book of Revelation. Listen - [here]CD-R - [here]* Kunaki has stopped offering purchases through credit cards, I have no idea why

+ Servus Dei - In the Depths of Hearts +Heavily influenced by Animae Capronii. Has that same lo-fi sound, and has that same blend of melody and gothic/atmospheric moments that seemed to be so popular in the late 90s underground. Listen - [here]CD-R - [here]

+ Sanctified Ethos - To Deny This False World +Atmospheric contemplative black metal. The previous demo from this project was more "atmospheric". This one seems to lean more "black metal". Listen - [here]CD-R - [here]

+ Improthrone - Crowns like Gold +Very abstract kind of black metal with huge psychedelic and sludge influences. Highly unique, closest approximation I could give is (secular) Oranssi Pazuzu or Njiqahdda, or some of Improthrone's other projects (Christian) Auralian Disharmony or Holsen. I need help promoting this release. While Christian, I won't market this one AT ALL to other Christians. This is because of the particularly dark undercurrent of the music - it is meant ONLY as medicine for dark hearts (made under the careful guidance of the Lord). Yet since most of my connections to that scene are long gone, I have very few places to post this. This music can help those lost in dark spirituality, but I need outside assistance to reach them. If you know anybody on that path, please share it with them. Thank you very much. + Psychedelic Church - Acceptance of the Holy Trinity +Psychedelic / harsh noise / ambient music. Slightly dark/sinister, yet serene and relaxing. Primordial journey toward true light. Full disclosure, this project is run by the label owner [myself]. Listen - [here]CD-R - [here]Digital version is 77:77. Physical is 72:38 in order to fit on the disc but should still sound virtually identical.

+ V/A - Raw Unblack and Harsh Noise for the Triune Lord +It's a blind assumption and stereotype that Christian music is always inferior to its secular counterparts. (Funny that people have blind faith in the inferiority of our music, yet criticize the alleged blind faith of Christians...) I've personally been on both sides of this for 15 years now, and see clearly the raw talent and passion of the Christian scene that goes unheard to the ears of our "2 Timothy 4:3" world. Annihilated Pentagram is honored today to usher from the deepest pits of Heaven and the darkest fucking void of the human soul, some of the most aggressive, extreme music ever made. Yes EVERY band on this is Christian, and yes I am Christian. We are JUST LIKE YOU. We are saved, not because of our own merits, but rather, because of God's merits. All glory to the Triune. "Yea, let God be true, but every man a liar." Listen - [here]

Has Michael M. done anything else under the banner of Ascetic Despair? I've really been digging his recent releases.

Has Michael M. done anything else under the banner of Ascetic Despair? I've really been digging his recent releases. Nope. At least, none that he's made public or told me about. Just those 2 songs. By the way, does anyone know of alternatives to Kunaki? I cannot keep using them. I need something else. I can try looking into it, but I don't think I have the supplies to print my own CDs...

+ Timingila - Hvasvelger, the Post Black Demos +Artist has specifically said they want APP to keep all profits. In the spirit of this, price is reduced. The first black metal effort from this previously ambient/drone project. Just a lo-fi demo for right now, but bears similarity to a lot of secular forest / Cascadian / atmospheric bands. Listen - [here]CD-R will hopefully be released at some later point.

+ Endfire - Firstborn from the Dead +Pay what you want option // Artist asked APP to keep profits. Crushing, overwhelming harsh noise / power electronics. Think Brighter Death Now, Genocide Organ, etc. Or in metal terms, think Abruptum or Gnaw Their Tongues. Listen - [here]Merch - [hereCD-R will hopefully be released at some later point.

As with most of my defunct projects though, there was always the intention of doing more with them in future. I'm glad you liked the project though, and appreciate your listening. Thank you so very much!

Why thank you, Barabbas, I appreciate that very much, am glad you've been enjoying some of my material, and (quite honestly) I consider it a great honour that anyone would see my art as worthy of deeper investigation or scrutiny. It definitely means a lot! Happy New Year as well, to you and yours. Lord willing, I'd love to continue making more music in the future (as it's really the only thing I do relatively well, which contributes much of anything), however, I'm going to have to invest in quite a lot of new equipment before that can happen; such as at least 1 or 2 new cellphones, and (ideally) a new desktop. We shall see what the Lord provides, and what a day may bring. Our God is a God of miracles, Who is often a God of surprises as well! (To use a quote from Pope Francis which many in the Church don't like, but in this case.... he's not wrong either. Every once in a while, Pope Francis gets one right. Hahaha..... Now, if he could only plan on making it 2 for 2, on average, that'd be greeeeat! xD
