Take a look at these musicians from Japan. ...but there's something about every person in those pictures. They're all dudes. Its called Visual Kei and its HUGE in Japan. Very accepted. Ironically, its targeted to appeal to girls and young women. Not sexually, but as "female icons". Thoughts? Opinions? Here's a music video. Really talented stuff actually. - Sorry, video doesn't allow embedding.

Oh I enjoy visual kei and its aesthetic! It's a really cool genre however I haven't listening to much in a few months

Although visual kei is generally about the visuals more than the music, I do like the genre(s) that they play, even though I don't know many bands yet. I'd definitely like to look into it more someday.
I like the visual aesthetic too. But seeing the more "feminine" ones, I think of the Bible verses that talk about not wearing clothing for the opposite sex. Is that a rule that still applies to us today? If not, though, then I don't have a problem with it at all.

What Bible verse says not to wear clothes of the opposite sex? All I can imagine in ancient times is everyone wearing robes. LOL

What Bible verse says not to wear clothes of the opposite sex? The verse I was asking about is Deuteronomy 22:5 "A woman shall not wear a man's garment, nor shall a man put on a woman's cloak, for whoever does these things is an abomination to the Lord your God."

So it's at the level of sin as being gay.
But still that's old covenant.

The verse I was asking about is Deuteronomy 22:5 "A woman shall not wear a man's garment, nor shall a man put on a woman's cloak, for whoever does these things is an abomination to the Lord your God." I would say this is not applicable to modern law, just from reading the surrounding verses. Verse 4 has to do with helping donkeys get to their feet. Verse 6 has to do with not taking mother birds sitting on nests. So it's at the level of sin as being gay. But still that's old covenant. You should chime in on this old thread. I personally don't think homosexuality, the sexual orientation or being gay, is a sin. Sin demands choice, and people don't choose sexual attraction. (ie: I don't choose to be sexually attracted to women, it's just there.) What the Bible talks about regarding homosexuality is more along the lines of "promiscuity" or "sex outside of marriage", since there was no concept of sexual orientation in the ancient world. The solution to this is (gay) marriage, which I think can take place under God.
