What's light shall prevail like? The name interests me Light Shall Prevail is low-fi buzzy unblack from the same guy as Flaskavsae. (P.S. I have their Retrospective CD for sale... super rare: only 50 copies made. Let me know if you're interested.)

I just bought on Bandcamp Dispirit's two demos. I already have them on tape but they were re-released digitally and are a bit different. Now if only they'd do a full-length...

No, The Light Shall Prevail guy (and owner of EEE Recordings) is the brother of the Flaskavsae guy. Both brothers are in Njiqahdda. Flask plays an electric drum kit, LSP finger tapped drum machine. Light Shall Prevail - Goat crush is an amazing intense technical and atmospheric album.

Really??? Hmm, I could've sworn the Flaskavsae/LSP split CD has E. as doing all instruments in both bands listed...

I haven't heard either one of those bands. I though Eric (E) wasn't a Christian anymore? (My source was Elan from 2010)
While my experience with EEE Recordings was HORRIBLE, I'll still check out the tunes.

^That is correct, to my knowledge. He's been pretty outspoken about that so I don't think it's any secret. Who knows now though, as that was some time ago. Someone's faith is their own though so I like to tend not to draw any conclusions on those matters. Really??? Hmm, I could've sworn the Flaskavsae/LSP split CD has E. as doing all instruments in both bands listed... Or it might have been W... I'll have to look at the booklet again. I'm almost certain though that it was the same person listed for both bands though.

yeah i have that split and it does say W. recorded, mixed and mastered both at the Hall of Svendersuhn. W. is short for Wavy which is what E(Eric) originally went by. His production and band hat name became W. He even did a couple of Grindcore death metal albums under the W. name around 2008.
It doesnt say who performs the intruments though in the LSP/F Split, just gives seperate contacts to the acts.
I'v talked to both brothers online would be pretty crazy if it turned out to be the same guy. Plus i have a Njiqahdda DVD where both of the brothers are walking around together in it. Haha years ago some of the the Son of Man Recording artists thought he was made up or something.

Aha, thanks for clearing that up DS!
Thomas, I definitely recommend Flaskavsae. I never got into Light Shall Prevail but the stuff on that split is pretty good.

Haha years ago some of the the Son of Man Recording artists thought he was made up or something. I remember that. I spoke with the Flaskavsae person relatively frequently during that time because I really appreciated Flask's music and I was tired of the childish stuff that the SoMR label owner was spreading about them. I think I even remember calling it an "unblack civil war" that needed to stop, haha.

I really like that Cloth EP a lot! It's very good. Do you have their other EP that's free to download?
