1) Since Tordenskrall is actually (apparently) a continuation of Katharos, I merged them. Tordenskrall (Katharos)2) Added Winds of Terror from Mexico.

Oh, haha
I............. hahaha, I have no idea. That's .......... odd!
Edit: Also put "Postumus" next to Clamatorius, since they used to go by that name. I don't even remember that, but apparently I added it to Metal Archives last year!

Added: 1) Eleutherius, side project of one of the Cerimonial Sacred guys 2) Grim Priest, raw black project about which I have very little information right now. 3) Ritual Nox, side project of one of the Autem Gnosis guys.

2) Grim Priest, raw black project about which I have very little information right now. 1) I added more information to that page now, thanks to "p" (regular visitor/contributor to Unblack Archives) 2) Added Auditory Assault, basically the "new name" for Grim Priest. Still unsure where this "Lance" dude is from, so I added this one to "Unknown", too.

Added Hexágono from Brazil. They formed in 2007, but only seem to be working on their first album now?

Oh, added Pergamon from Norway, too. Not to be confused with the death metal band from Sweden. This Pergamon is the one the guy from VIXIVI played in before forming VIXIVI. I have ... basically no information right now, but figured it didn't hurt to add anyway.

Added Mystic Winter from the USA. A black metal side project of "Haloed Patriots", a band I've never heard of. It looks like it's going to just be a one-off thing, but I'm not sure?

I moved California from "Unknown" to "Mexico". It turns out California, this random band I found like 3 years ago, was the previous name of The White Prince, one of my friends' bands!

Out of curiosity, would you consider Sentinel Mysterium to be a proper “unblack” project, or a project on the periphery of the CBM scene? I do not necessarily have a preference, I was just curious, and figured this thread would be the best in which to ask.

You're a Christian individual, and Sentinel Mysterium has appeared on Christian compilations. Individually, those things don't really make a project "Christian" but together, they do, to me, anyway. (These are also the criteria by which I added the Autem Gnosis dude's project "Ritual Nox")

Moved Ithiel to International Projects. I had it listed as an American project (because of Fire, who now lives in the USA), but Jethro is in South Africa.

Added Dawnbreaker, death/black from the USA. Ex-occultist, born-again Christian named Cullen. The music is AWESOME! Edit: For those interested (especially the people who already liked this post Bartimaeus grendel _ ), it turns out this "Cullen" is actually the same guy from secular projects like Abazagorath, Angelcide, etc. He actually emailed me about this project. I like,
I cannot believe that Unblack Archives is apparently notable enough that people new to the scene know about it. That is so extremely humbling I don't even know what to say.

Disparity - Are they black metal? It seems like pretty straightforward death metal, but with ... black metal vocals?
Blissin Angel - I currently have them in the "Unknown" section. I know they were going to appear on an Australian compilation, but are you sure they, themselves, were Australian?

Yes Blissin Angel were/are Australian, i have the magazine with the interview. As for Disparity i havn't listened to it in quite some time, if i could find some old Rowe Productions adds in Heavens metal mag or some underground zines or even there old mail flyers it would be interesting what they were labeled as.

From the USA: - Hazarmaveth- Fleshdeath - the amount of "noisegrind" vs "black metal" in their music is debatable, but eh, my job is just to add things, not to sit and debate the finer points of genre restrictions From Australia: - No Lower Place to Fall

Added Skald to Sweden. For those who don't know, in the liner notes for one of Crimson Moonlight's early releases, they mention a band named Skald. There are rumors that this was an earlier version of the more popular Skald in Veum. Since, as far as I know, these rumors have never been confirmed, I added them as their own separate thing for now.

Added YHWH from Brazil, a band that was active from around 2009-2011. Currently looking for more information, but unless one of the people I know ( grendel? ) happens to have more info,.......... this seems to be all there is online.

Added a bunch of names -- most of them I don't have much info on yet, but it's still good to keep this list up-to-date regardless. 1) Hedonia - Unknown Confirmed not Christian, sorry for the confusion! 2) Decimate Damnation - USA 3) Desatanize - USA 4) Ceifador - Brazil 5) Great Angel - Brazil 6) Kyle Kristian - USA I actually have a couple more names, but I don't want to add them here until I get a bit more info about them first.

Regarding your list of bands about which you are not certain, I think there may be two different bands in similar genres with the same name. In some online correspondence with one of the musicians behind White Funeral, he claimed to have a black/folk project called Aldegar (presumably based in Georgia), but there appears to be a secular Viking/folk metal band also called Aldegar based on the other side of the nation in Washington state. To my knowledge, there has been no music released by the former. These could be the same band, but my cursory research seems to indicate otherwise.
