You see, it's stuff like this that makes me ache in grief. This music is so ridiculously close to a lot of modern worship music, but Jesus Culture chooses not to cross the line into black metal, thus just ruining it for me. One of these days I'll have a worship set that employs atmospheric black metal. Just listening to this, I have the sense that I can praise God through this style ecloss.bandcamp.com/releases

I don't THINK I've seen this posted around these parts before, came out about 3 weeks before the new year, just stumbled onto it a couple days ago. REALLY digging it, don't know much about the band.....

Christian post-rock / ambient / post-black / etc hesychasm.bandcamp.com/Not really "black metal" enough to be added to our list of black metal bands, but definitely recommended for fans of the above styles

Yeah, I like Hesychasm's track Thanatos to Kosmo - but I would love it if it were more "Metal" the old difference between the artists's Intention and the listener's expectations...

If You're looking for ambient music I can HIGHLY recommend "i AM esper", a great artist and a good buddy of mine. I did a lot of design work for him, some split albums and we´re also the guys behind the "Black antlers" project. He´s sadly not a christian but still a nice guy.

Safe-secular black metal -- Promozglost' / ПромозглостьIt's not extremely atmospheric, but it definitely conveys the "winter" themes it's going for. I'm liking it a lot.

Safe-secular instrumental black: FrostnattI actually thought this guy was a member of this band when I first found his Bandcamp, I messaged him and it turns out, he isn't.

More ammo for my continuing war against Christmas music in favor of Winter music.

this is a bit unconventional given the intended style/genre, but this man i believe unintentionally/subliminally created a very brilliant dark ambient (and it's hilarious how good it is), especially given the extremely difficult process of the creation of this work, this could definitely inspire some ideas....

Black Metal without drums = Darkspace?

pretty sure there are drum patterns in there. They are just super low in the mix and the low fidelity doesn't help prove their existence.
