That is a inspirational read. I think I've never struggled with God understanding what I'm going through, but why He allows what He allows. I understand sin is in this world, and other's sins / shortcomings can negatively effect us. ...but then there's the crap that happens without any catalyst of character defects.
Like depression (maybe, if it's a chemical imbalance) or in my case, cancer. Did I get cancer because sin is in this world? Did I get cancer because I have sinned? I can't answer yes to either question.
It's weird, that part of the chapter that said "I hate people who worship idols". Haha! Where did that come from? It's like a type of "modern Christianity correctness" kicked in and recoiled from hating those people.

It's like a type of "modern Christianity correctness" kicked in and recoiled from hating those people. I noticed that too and thought it was a bit odd. It helped satisfy the bit of anger I was feeling when I was reading the psalm though lol.
