The Christian Metalcore veterans, Sleeping Giant is going to release their new and last album "I Am" on January 26, 2018, and they will perform their last show at the Glass House, Pomona, CA on February 17, 2018. I listened to a couple of songs from this band, and I enjoy it. The song I love the most is Sons of Thunder because the lyrics are very worshipful, and I praise God for it. The first time I saw them it was at Facedown Fest 2017, and they did great. Tom Green's testimony was amazing to hear. I can't wait to see them again for the last time. I will check their new album out when it comes out. No Love is a good single to start with. I love Silent Planet's Garrett Russell's vocals on it. He is one of my favorite vocalists. What do you guys think? Does God has something greater to do with the Christian Metal and Hardcore scene in the future? Thank you for reading this. God bless. Stay strong.

I've been away from the Christian metalcore scene for awhile. I only heard of these guys in 2015, and even then, I've only heard a couple of their songs. They sound pretty good, though! I really enjoyed this song - very strong musically AND lyrically. Shame to see they're splitting the band up. Although if they're true believers, then I'm confident that God has something else planned for both the band members, and the scene itself. Looking forward to whatever happens from here. .......................... And in the meantime, I have even more music to add to my "listen to someday" list. x_____x
