Dubstep, Trance, The Raving Music. What are the thoughts on this genre. Alot of Christians were against rave music because secular raving has a heavy drug scene. Even being called the devil's music. Kind of like how Christian Black metal gets labelled by many Christians. I just saw that this music style wasn't posted in this thread (or yodeling as in the Music Mesh Description). What are the thoughts of all of you?

I love Electronic music. I had been hearing it since my childhood. From tv shows to movies, to video games, and when I go to Metal, Rock, Hardcore shows, they play elements of it. I never done drugs. It sucks that it is still a thing to blame music, instead of taking responsibility of actions. I could be wrong. My favorite artists are Celldweller, Circle of Dust, Scandroid, FreqGen, Blue Stahli, Sunset Neon, Raizer, NYVES, Julien-K, Judean Radiostatic, É.Pneumatika, Kirche Gothika, How To Avoid Art, A Breath Away From Glory, Glyptic Minority, The X-Structure, Esoterik, Ghostfeeder, <PIG>, and Infliction99. 🙂

I like electronic music, but not enough to know all of the genre terms. Like, I don't know the difference between EBM and EDM. I know Audio Paradox do Christian EBM / industrial music. The Enigma TNG has done EBM and I think some EDM? Seems like he has a tendency to do more "aggressive" stuff though. Zero+onE's first album was pretty harsh EBM. Apparently Armath doesn't really like that album much / want it publicized though, so only one song from it is available on YouTube.

My favorite artists are Celldweller, Yeah, the two main artists who have me wrapped in Christian Industrial. Audio Paradox is good to. Most of these bands referenced are more industrial or techno. EDM on the other hand is like DJ Jireh, Andy Hunter, and the dubstep artist people talk about most is matthew parker. The first youtube link is EDM, the second is Techno, and the third is dubstep. 1: EDM - DJ Jireh feat. Aneym 2. Techno - Andy Hunter - Go 3. Dubstep - Matthew Parker - Just as he Promised All of these three different from Industrial: Circle of Dust - Hive Mind

I love Audio Paradox! I haven’t listened to them in awhile. They are one of my favorite Christian Industrial bands. I love Mortal, Juggernautz, Under Midnight, Passafist, and Coriolis too. I like when it mixes with Rock and Metal. 🙂

I grew up in high school listening to EDM and didn't get into Unblack/Goth Lifestyle until the last 7 years. Yet BEcause I used to listen to it all the time before I switched styles, I can make EDM. So here was my stuff for that part of my life. Eventually some of the sounds off some of these songs went into the Electronic sound of Unblack Heart which is available for free download on the unblack around the world page in this forum. Here is the Shadow Cross EDM Link: soundcloud.com/shadowcrossedm/sets/shadow-cross-complete-demo

I randomly got the first Tiësto album at the library ages ago (and I haven't gotten any EDM album since). I remember really enjoying some of those trance tracks. I listened to Magik Journey today. Edit: actually the version i remember/prefer is here
Second Edit: If that's not quite your tempo, Suburban Train is nice too. Final Edit: that scene from Whiplash is much more disturbing than I remember, yikes
