this is bad. proteine powder, creatine etc is way to expensive to not get what we are paying for. but as always money talks. if someone can get more money by ripping people of, then they will do it.

poor quality protein powder is nothing more than sugar which turns to fat in the body. no wonder why some people get fat by drinking to many shakes

Actually, the testing has shown that most "from China" protein is mostly amino acid spiking to "pad" their stats. ...like the Walmart Muscletech stuff, claiming to be 30g of protein per serving - is actually more like 20g of protein per serving and extra vitamins.
People get fat from protein shakes and enery/protein bars because the calories from some of them are frickin' RIDICULOUS. ....and I think some people equate protein bar = healthy bar, because of the name. Some of them are WORSE than junk food.
I myself, don't count calories - I intentionally have a high intake because of the strength I want to maintain. ...but I do count carbs, which includes sugars. I don't want too much of that junk!

I've taken coffee completely out of my diet and have been using a natural "pre-workout" formula instead. Coffee has a lot of antioxidants, but strength I like the drink to have, there's too much of a "crash". Plus, it actually constricts blood vessels so if I'm even remotely dehydrated, it will slow bloodflow, ie: make me sleepy.
A pre-workout formula that I've been using has no additives, but of course, a hefty dose of caffeine and a special proprietary blend of natural ingredients that expand blood vessels. I've noticed a major difference in my cardio, I have less exhaustion. There's also less crash/fatigue later.
It claims NO crash, but that's a myth. You can't have an up without eventually having a down. Even "high" to "normal" is still going "down".
