Been listening to this through the morning. Just thought it could use its own thread. Truly loving this album! I find it interesting how similar the spirit of the album is to some of Vials of Wrath's and Hesychast's material. It's not that similar in sound but it is surely meditative, prayerful as those bands can be. It is exactly as the title speaks "Psalmic Peace." I woke up with too much on my mind for a Thanksgiving, a day of gratitude. Boy this brought me right out! Lyrically it's fantastic! Psalms brought to black metal. I needed this on this morning. The big kicker is that the songs each have a meditative progression and, to listen through, that never breaks from track 1 to track 7. It makes for a cohesive, enthralling listen. Truly loving it. He nailed the production too. I'd like to have this in physical form at some point. I'll be back for this more often. Originally I listened a few times and then set it off to the side and forgot about it (which happens easily when it's digital only). This hit me today. Bismoth "Psalmic Peace"

If it's similar to Hesychast and Vials of Wrath, it's worth checking out in my book. Will listen soon.
