We all know the unblack cult album hellig usvart by horde. Yet I was checking out symphony of heaven to see what he was up to recently as an update because I enjoyed his first album, and I noticed he released a free download (name your own price) cover of Invert the Inverted Cross. A Free Horde cover song, sure I got it and listened and thought to myself it was better than the original, but he released a second Horde cover song of Drink From The Chalice of Blood also free download (name your own price with help from a band member of ascending king, whom I Think (not sure) is a meatalcore or deathcore music act. I don't know if it's just the fact that the track Drink From The Chalice Of Blood was my favorite track off hellig usvart but I liked the original Horde version than the cover by Symphony of Heaven/ Ascending King. So I liked one better, and one not. So I created this thread for us to talk about any Horde and Horde Cover tracks from other bands. This thread can also be about any covers of Unblack tracks of different bands, and whether or not they sound as good as originals or better. symphonyofheaven.bandcamp.com/

Poems of Shadows covered "Behold the Rising of the Scarlet Moon", also by Horde.
Phanerosis and Nazirheus have covered "Fader Vaar" by Vaakevandring.
Sabactâni did an acoustic cover of Vaakevandring, but as far as I know, the audio isn't available online anymore.
Animae Capronii has covered several bands, including Armifherum ("Proclamando las victorias de Jehova"), O Majestic Winter ("The Battle of Frostvale", "Caverns of Unspeakable Darkness", "Destroying the Demonic Altar", and "Watchtowers of the Holy Kingdom"), Poems of Shadows ("Covenant Chalice of Blood"), Horde ("The Day of Total Armageddon Holocaust", "Blasphemous Abomination of the Satanic Pentagram", and "Invert the Inverted Cross"), Willow Mount ("Beyond Closed Doors", "Shadow Ash", "Mountaincloud"), Anima Mundi ("Flying"), Antestor ("A Sovereign Fortress"), and Calvarium ("Fire, Water & Wind")
Eternal Father covered Elgibbor's song "Bitwa".
Malakh has covered Horde's "Invert the Inverted Cross" and "Thine Hour Hast Come".

Hortor covered slechtvalks from behind the trees, or was it beeroth, hortors side project? An interesting cover was sabbatariam's extreme metal cover of to hell with the devil by stryper, which was a more blast beat cover. Christageddon covered the entire “Hellig Usvart” album on their album “Metal Unblack” Christageddon has always been Horde stylish, yet I love the music a lot. The album Metal Unblack was a great album. Deborah did a cover song of immortal souls "sacrifice", yet I think they translated the words to spanish; "Sacrificio", which is very interesting. The thing is that I see you guys writing about covers that exist but you aren't saying whether they were any good or if they did the originals justice or not.
