We're fast approaching my wife and I having a garden 2.0 I'm going to plead the case with her - ONLY CHERRY TOMATOES. Last year, we did potatoes, zucchini, big tomatoes, strawberries, cherry tomatoes, a couple other herbs, roma tomatoes. EVERYTHING DIED with nothing to show for it except, Roma tomatoes did "meh", cherry tomatoes were a massive and plentiful bounty. They did great for some reason, with the same (fertilizer/water) effort that we put in for all the plants. _______________________ Speaking of plants, I have a slight fascination with DEADLY plants. Not that I'd ever have them, but its fascinating nonetheless. Gimpie Gimpie Plant. Touch it, prepare for extreme agony for a few days. Manchineel Tree. Holy moly - People have DIED when trying to get under one for shelter from the rain... and no, it wasn't from falling branches. Take a bite out of the fruit, which looks almost identical to an apple - DEATH (unless urgent treatment) Fun Morbid Fact - Ponce de León (fountain of youth guy) died shortly after being struck in the thigh by an arrow.... that had Manchineel sap on the arrowhead.
