I downloaded the Native Instruments Komplete Start package today. The amp modeler, Guitar Rig 6 (well, the lite version anyway) works fine as a standalone. However, whenever I try to use it as a plugin on Ableton Live Lite it doesn't show any input. My guitar signal is going through my interface into my DAW just fine, but for some reason the plugin doesn't pick it up. Any idea why this may be so?

it doesn't show any input I'm not the most tech savvy on the block, but inputs are tricky. I had an adventure today with Stereo Mix as the input, output as my USB headphones, but it wasn't recording. Turns out, I have to have the output as my computer speakers or else Stereo Mix won't "hear" anything to record. A bit of a juggling act to have my M1 Korg to PC speakers, meanwhile my studio still set to USB headset so I can hear. LOL There's got to be a way to make them talk to each other. I'd try to go at it from every angle you can think of.

I got it to work. Was as simple as pressing a button in the DAW.
