COME AND TAKE IT Summon all the country's finest patriots who hear the call in the path of parlous danger you are being pushed to the wall When loss of liberty is looming as it happens here and now in the hearts of freedom's vanguard resonates the siren sound there's a bad moon on the rise shining right into your eyes constituting rule of lies here we are again, on our piece of land in the shadow of true peril waving freedom flag, armed with guns we stand if you want it, come and take it! now, come and take it! never asking for protection we are armed with guns our selves if you want to confiscate them take them from our cold dead hands

I was just cranking this song this morning! This EP is absolutely fantastic and I cannot wait for the full-length they're working on to be released! I have their first two albums which are quite good too, but need to pick up Exodus soon.
I've chatted a fair bit with Ronnie via email and he's a real cool guy.

Cool man, i hope to pick it up the new EP sometime. If you get a chance ask him what inspired this song lyric wise. It definately resonates with me with what i see really going on... "pushed to the wall When loss of liberty is looming"..."shining right into your eyes constituting rule of lies" ... "on our piece of land in the shadow of true peril waving freedom flag" Very relevant song.

Ronnie is very libertarian, pro power-to-the-people and anti big government. It's inspired by a speech Charlton Heston when he was president of the NRA.

I'm not huge on "regular" metal, but I dig the sound. Especially the vocals. He sings and doesn't sound like he needs testosterone shots.

Yeah I think this EP is Signum Regis' best stuff yet! While I absolutely love the lyrics on this one, most of the other songs on it I prefer more actually.
