I am now the proud owner of all 5 Orationem albums. I lack the "not live" album, but will get that in short order. Thanks for making music that I want to hear, Thomas.

I got these for Christmas:
Monolith - s/t Almagor - From the Agony to the Battle Black Leather - State of Freedom Offerblod - compilation Dark Night - Day of the Dead Abated Mass of Flesh - Eternal Harvest Final Vortex - Tetramorph Timōrātus - Reverentia Sabactâni - I'm Not in This Fight Alone Monolith - Voyage Primitive Church - Contemplacão
I also got a bootlegged copy of Desmodus Rotundus - Hands That Shed Innocent Blood. Instead of the original CD, it's a different band's CD with the Desmodus audio written over, and the artwork scribbled over with marker, but not well enough to hide the band name and album title. Don't get me wrong, I'm very glad that [person] got this for me, and I'm glad to have Desmodus Rotundus audio on CD, it's just a shame on the part of the seller, to be selling a fake copy like this.

I finally snagged my copy of The Slave Eye's ltd. ed. CD. There were only 19 copies left (of 500) so I figured I better pull the trigger. I can't wait to get it in the mail. Artwork looks awesome.

Okay, so I've finally had some money to drop on new music lately. I could no longer stand being behind on the new releases, so here's what I've purchased in the last week or so:
Antestor - Kongsblod re-issue (CD) Arvinger - Rast (CD) Drottnar - Monlith I, II, & III pre-order (digital) Hymns of the Blackest Light vol. 1 (CD) Hymns of the Blackest Light vol. 2 (CD) Killed By Cain - s/t remaster (CD) Melech - Melech Ha Olam (CD) The Slave Eye - Black Rust / Unto Hades (CD) Temple of Perdition - Tetragrammaton Demo (CD)
Pretty pleased with this haul. ^.^
I downloaded the free copy of Edificador's new album, too. It's great!

I finally have a copy of From Ashes - As the Leaves Fall. I sought after this one for so long but some copies finally appeared on Discogs and I think I got a pretty good deal. It's a shame this band never put out a second album, as I really like their style.

I finally ordered Frosthardr. Can't wait to get a hold of that one!

Elgibbor - The Roots Of Blood Listened to this the other day. I haven't listened through his discography but of what I have, this is my favorite. They Wither - Self Titled Ep So good. Unique, I daresay. Nocturnal Freeze - Transylvania I was so excited when this became available and I did purchase it, but I've only listened once or twice since then. I should listen more.

Listened to this the other day. I haven't listened through his discography but of what I have, this is my favorite. Elgibbor has so many albums and I've barely scratched the surface too. There's a lot of variety in his sound but most of it is rather raw. So far, if I had to pick a favorite album, I'd probably go with Repent or Perish, but I really enjoyed Revenger of Blood too.

I'd probably go with Repent or Perish Elgibbor was always a unique I haven't listened through his discography but of what I have, this is my favorite When I first started collecting, Elgibbor was one of those bands I was hesitant to buy an album from. He had a couple free downloads of his former stuff, but I was a beginning collector and didn't appreciate much diversity in unblack. I was all about symphonic unblack and bands who had high pitched screams, being I had formerly listened to cradle of filth when I was a former satanist 11 years ago. I went on a search after my repentance to find a similar Christian Unblack band in style, but with Christian lyrics. So when I first started collecting I had a particular taste and like coffee, I had to learn to like it black. So I rediscovered that bands I originally didn't like because they weren't "tasteful" enough, and the slow but sure integration into all variations and love of things even down to the raw unblack that sounds like static through blown speakers. And it took awhile, but I got there. So thus today, there hasn't been an unblack album that I haven't enjoyed except for nattesorg's born again album. Maybe that one will take a couple years from now and it will be my favorite or something, but not as very likely. While I have been curious to hear Nattesorg's newer albums to see if they evolved, I never took the time yet. I love the message, so thus I like it for that reason. only. Yet of all the albums I just bought, nocturnal freeze, vials of wrath, temple of perdition, Imperial Dusk, and of course anti-demon was one of my fav bands starting out for death/grind. but yeah I smiled and said, "Today, a fifty dollars well spent". Angel 7 got the melodic style like Immortal souls, just different.

Erdenstern - Into the green
(now I am listening to this folky ambient album, described by my wife some days ago as "scary Mordor music", thought for background music in role playing games when not actually playing one.)

Finally after having problems with the German post office, I´ve recived these two beauties (vinyl stands) created by Jens Gunnarsson. I can highly recommend his work. Had to test them with these massive records Emptiness - Nothing but the WholeNortt - GalgenfristThe stands are letters in " Glagolitic script" the oldest known Slavic alphabet. Left ("R") Right ("B")

Opus Irae - The burden of man
( a) ...the desire to purchase this as a digital download made me open up a paypal account which I always tried to avoid. b) I think "The burden of man" is a mighty piece of music. Although I consider it a bit of weak that all that Opus Irae have up for ordering is this single track, even though they have more songs obviously, because they play live gigs and one-song-concerts imho would make a very sad evening.)

Wintersoul - frozen winter apocalypse
I enjoy it. It's unique in some areas and typical of a lot of bands in others. It was mixed and mastered well, clean sounding.

Abated Mass Of Flesh - Moth And Rust In The Temple Of Putridity (Re-recorded 2018) Abandoned Mortuary - Divided Cadaverous Contingency - Abolition BEATEN TO DEATH - Agronomicon (my brother recently showed me this band... holy crap, they're incredible) Destroyer of Lie - Destroyer of Lie (Intended to buy the CD when it came out years ago, but missed my chance) Dying Blaze - The Angel Destroyer TIMŌRĀTUS - For We Are Not Beasts EP Orationem - When We Are Wounded (Excellent work Tom!) Propitious Vegetation - Induced Spoliation of Disseminated Euphoric Cultivation Propitious Vegetation - Prime Cut Coffin Guillotine Dream - A War On The Passage Of Time (I'm surprised by how much I like this, weird gothic rock from Ian Arkley and friends)

Art Abscons - Les Sentiers Éternels
This guy runs an own small record label for his music and has quite beautiful designed cd-editions. So I decided to support the artist and bought the said album.
