This, not just this song but the entire genre called "izvorna glazba" it´s music from a small part of Bosnia and Herzegovina where my dad is from. And a lot of them listen to this whenever we have a wedding or some family event this torture of music plays. I dare you to find something more horrible. To be honest, I somewhat liked that. I am curious as to what about it you do not like. By the way, Thomas, did you happen to find that is the “important videos” playlist?

It's harsh noise wall / HNW. This particular song is fairly non-standard, but that's what it is. There's a lot of music like this. Is this your first time hearing it?

Ive heard a bunch of HNW. This is neither harsh nor a wall ha. It gets points for being noise I suppose.

Depending on how it was made, it might qualify for "chance music" which I studied in college.
John Cage 4'33" is the most "popular" piece of that genre. (which is basically a dude sitting at a piano, doing NOTHING for 4 minutes 33 seconds and what you hear - air conditioners, people coughing, etc - is the "music")
If this Cult of Divine Mercy track involved him setting up something, and recording the random sounds from the occurrence.... I believe chance music would qualify. If what we're hearing (those sounds) is what he assembled/put together.... it would not...

If this Cult of Divine Mercy track involved him setting up something, and recording the random sounds from the occurrence.... Weapons of Indignation's newest album is a little bit like that. The primary focus is still music, but he intentionally left in background noises like his kid playing, him breathing while recording, etc.
