I could see this band not being the top choice of members here, but I really dig the band.
They're really engaged (and respectful) with their audience... unlike other black/death bands which can be borderline verbally abusive.
Also, I chatted with the lead guitarist via e-mail a few months ago. Pretty down to earth guy and has been sober for like 7-8 years. ...which I thought was cool and "responsible". (I mean that in a good way)
I dig their new song despite the differences with previous albums and am looking forward to a new release.
Anyone else?
Attera Totus Sanctus is my favorite release of theirs. ....followed closely by a Vobiscum Satanas and Angelus Exuro Pro Eternus.

I think my favorite release is their good old "Secrets..." album. Even though it was already recorded in the Abyss studio the production is 'rougher' than the later stuff.

I definitely like the production on SOTBA... but its a little bit too two-note-riffs for me.

I like what I've heard from them, admittedly that's not a lot though

The band is ok. Have seen them a couple of times. When it comes to Swedish bands I like Watain and Marduk better

Yeah Tom, I understand what you said about SOTBA. I think one reason I prefer this album simply is because of some kind of nostalgia. When it came it out, it set new standards for 'feverish', fast black metal (well, at least for me), maybe along with Marduk's Opus Nocturne and Heaven Shall Burn.

Man, I just found out today that they've got a 2016 album! This sounds mother flippin' U-N-B-E-L-I-E-V-A-B-L-E.
Want very bad.

I've been jamming this album NON STOP. The black metal album of 2016 in my opinion, and sounds like what Crimson Moonlight tried to accomplish.
Awesome video too. Nothing obscene, just your typical satanic black metal imagery.

Nice song and ok video. I've always preferred Marduk or Watain over Dark Funeral. The video look like a video Dimmu Borgir could have done.

They're not "bad" or anything, just not extreme enough for my tastes. I much prefer when the vocalist is really belting/shrieking 'em out. This is more controlled and calm sounding than I prefer.
