Sorry I've been away a bit guys. Doctor appointments and Castlevania "Harmony of Despair" have kept me away a bit. Anyone do any new years resolutions?
I've never done them myself, but I have set long term goals.
...this year is no different, but obviously, because of my diagnosis, the goals are a little different.
1) Stay alive. Fight. Suit up and show up to everything medical with no reservation. 2) Stay positive. I was plagued by self pity today realizing the entire next year I'm going to be eating an elephant for the entire 2016 year. I'm going to try to live as much as I can - like the next month is my last. 3) Make at least one full length album 2016. If I'm drained of energy/physical ability because of the chemo/radiation, well, Hguols albums aren't physically demanding.

I didn't realize at first that the drums in Hguols were programmed. When I listened to that one song, I couldn't imagine the insanity you were inflicting on your drum kit. Anyway you haven't missed a lot, it's been pretty slow here. They sound like good goals to me. I don't make New Year's resolutions. I set new goals for myself throughout the year, which didn't really consciously register to me as being like "New Year's resolutions" until right now. I try not to let arbitrary dates or years on a man-made calendar system affect me too much, though it does help with scheduling things. Objectively though days are the same no matter what you call them or what numbers you assign to them - except for the Sabbath ( on which it's lawful to do good - verses 11-12) which is divinely set aside.

You're not the first person to not know the drums weren't real. In my opinion, that's ideal programmed drums. Oh, and Hguols is 100% MIDI. I didn't even use a keyboard. Anyway you haven't missed a lot, it's been pretty slow here. They sound like good goals to me. I know. I'm quite the lurker. Thanks to Tapatalk, my phone immediately lets me know when someone makes a new posts, likes one of my posts or quotes one of my posts. [mr1]
