I found 33 definitions of "TBW" online. I'm not sure which one is applicable. I doubt its Throw Back Wednesday, since the post was made Friday....
I'm positive its not Toy Boy Warehouse. Or The Bra Whisperer.
Tired But Wired?
Anyway, coffee.... yes. I have 2-3 cups daily, except yesterday when I felt like poop.

I like my coffee like I like my metal, blackI like to grind my own beans and use a simulated pour over, cause ain’t nobody got time for that. I’ve heard Aeropress is good, but haven’t ever tried. If you get the chance to try a Kalita Wave, do it!

It stands for three things: The Bra Whisperer, The Bynics Wwakening, and To Be Written. But also Tired But Wired.
Actually, I forgot, it stands for The Blackest Water.

I like my coffee like I like my metal I use a little heavy whipping cream, no sugar. Sweet coffee is a cluster, which I don't really understand. I'm pretty happy with my Keurig and refillable K cups. (all those store bought / ready made K cups are junk) I go the already-ground route, but I mix several different types. One, Folger's Simply Smooth. Very easy on the gut and tastes great. Two, mix in some Bones coffee. Its so finely ground its almost powder. Pretty potent stuff with a distinct taste. There's a reason I keep getting more of it. Also, the imagery is cool too.

Wow. I just figured out this morning.... better creamer, better coffee.
Better late than never on learning that. XD

Yup. Put junk ingredients into anything quality, the quality thing becomes junk.
Also, for those of us watching our diets a bit more closely than we used to.....creamers can be a nasty surprise of hidden calories if one doesn’t pay attention.

I used my coffee maker as an alarm: coffee = the reason to get out of bed.
I'd like to eventually prepare my coffee in better ways (e.g., pour over, aeropress, chemex), but I haven't yet felt comfortable committing the time to figure that stuff out. I just use the old fashion drip coffee maker.

(Alarm) coffee this morning = good.
Edit: 99.5% good, 0.5% poured on my leg.

I use a Keurig brewer and I use some k-cups from Brooklyn Bean Roastery called "Fuhgeddaboutit", which is dark roast, extra bold. I dont add creamer, just sugar and I love it.

I definitely have a caffeine addiction, but I try to limit it to my morning coffee. Two travel mugs, maybe 6 cups total, of the darkest, boldest roast I can find. I used to drink a ton of soda, but no more. If sleep hasn't been happening, I'll have an occasional Monster in the afternoon, but that's rare. My employer provides free coffee all day, but it's pretty nasty so that keeps me in check.

Since some of my ability to absorb hydration has been reduced (cut out), if I don't have a gatorade or two with my coffee, I will be falling asleep in the afternoon.

Choices are kinda limited around here ~ I go by what's on sale mostly. I like Starbucks' Cafe Verona and the Sumatra too. Maybe I should buy some online and try some new ones...?

Mmm, tell me more, bro, I don't understand. I wish I was an expert. I could explain this better. The large intestine absorbs water, so the body can stay hydrated. I'm missing a good chunk of that - what the surgeon cut out to get the cancer gone. My last colonoscopy took like 15-20 minutes if that tells you anything.... Caffeine dehydrates, and according to Google, also "aggravates adrenal exhaustion and low blood sugars". When someone is not hydrated enough, their blood thickens and moves slower and the vessels shrink a little, I think.... makes the body think its wore out and needs to SLEEP. From my experience, not just rest, but actual sleep. Gatorades combat this pretty good. ....but if I want an afternoon black tea treat (I'm a weirdo and put creamer in my tea) I've gotta hit a few more gatorades to stay awake... EDIT: on the other hand, I have used this to my advantage. If I'm doing shuttle runs all night between the bedroom and the bathroom, in the morning I'll have coffee AND tea, no gatorades and I'll be in for a good nap late morning / early afternoon. Pop some gatorades when I wake up, and I'm in good shape for the rest of the day.

Dude! You're killin' the system. Nice.
Gatorade, coffee, and tea with creamer (shout out India and probably a bunch of other places that wouldn't consider it weird) are all tasty. Psh, who needs a large large intestine.

I'm thinking about trying some Death Wish coffee for the mornings. If I recall correctly, it's 600mg caffeine per 8oz ... as in, not safe if you drink a ton. I heard it's good too -- not a gimmick. The things currenty stopping me are 1) it's more expensive than I usually pay for coffee and 2) i'm not sure if my body would think regular strength cups of coffee are lame after.

I'm a sweets guy who eats too much candy and drinks too much soda so black coffee is a no-no for me. Way too bitter. I can enjoy the sugared-up drinks though.
Part of me really wants to try a pumpkin spice latte, but I can't afford to lose those man-points...

I can't live without my coffee. I have a bucket in the morning before I go to work and another bucket after coming home from work. There where times when I had a lot more of caffeine over the day. But eventually I managed to get it in order. So it`s just those nice to buckets a day for me most of the times. At work all my colleagues think I am this really healthy guy who never drinks coffee, because they never see me having coffee there. Would they know...har har har...

I've been able to get hands on a package of (in my oppinion!) world's best fair traded coffee. This stuff is a dark roasted coffee from cuba. In my church there's a sale of fair traded products every sunday before and after service and one or two years ago I bought a pack of this stuff out of curiosity. And since then I can't believe that I never before found anything like it. Taste's somehow like cocoa pouder, the whole taste is "fatty" and aromatic... I just loved it instantly. The problem is, that there are periods in which this certain coffee is not available. Maybe the cubans don't let it get out of the country or they just ran out of coffee plants... so, normally when I see that the guys from the fair trade sale got this stuff back in stock, I immediately buy all the packs available to make sure I don't run out too fast.

I could have swore there was a post around here where you - Deepfriar - talked about organic coffee you liked. Maybe I dreamed it? XD My mom got me some coffee from "The Organic Coffee Company" called Java Love. Quite smooth, with just the right amount of bitter. I'm impressed with their roast because its listed as "regular" but it is definitely darker than some dark roasts I've seen.
