Added: - Leave, Canada, active - Trinityria, Norway, changed name to Trinityria Hvitetrone - Trinityria Hvitetrone, Norway, active - Veil Torn, Brazil, split up** - Sacerdotal, Brazil, unknown Moved: Hvitetrone from its own entry. Now it's next to Trinityria Hvitetrone. ** I actually intended to add this band a long time ago, but because of some errors / misinformation online, I actually added the other, much more obscure Veil Torn first. I also fixed a typo where the band name Sepher Tehilim[/url] (Brazil) had accidentally been split into two separate band names.

Genuine question: Why does Kenneth label black/noise releases under so many different projects? With the exception of a few releases, such as the funeral doom release a couple of years ago, they all sound too similar to warrant so many different bands in my opinion. Am I missing something?

such as the funeral doom release a couple of years ago Which release is that? Are you referring to something by Turned to Blood and/or En Kriger? Genuine question: Why does Kenneth label black/noise releases under so many different projects? This, I don't know. You would have to ask him. I know in the case of the aforementioned "Turned to Blood", he merged it with En Kriger because both were drone metal-oriented. He also merged Trinityria and Hvitetrone. He does have projects that are unique. (End of a Dream; Taakeland; Wall of Iron; etc). But I am aware that with several other projects (eg Nattesorg and Himmelriket; Ambianicnoise and Antievolution; Unblack Chaosnoise and Desrot) they do sound fairly similar and I'm not sure why he has separate names for them.

I believe the track was called Sacrifice Himself, released under the project On the Throne. It seems to have been deleted, but I found a post on Facebook from early last year linking to the Bandcamp page.

I believe the track was called Sacrifice Himself, released under the project On the Throne. Ah, yes. On the Throne has gotten progressively more metal-influenced over time. That song is mentioned several times on Unblack Archives, but according to my notes, it hasn't been reuploaded. Some songs from around the same time period have been, but not that particular song.

Added Eternus' old band name, God's Victory. Also moved Batyushka from Russia, to "unknown". Explanation below, for those who are interested. I don't know much Russian, but according to a report on Metal Archives, apparently the Russian word PESN' / ПЕСНЬ refers to a song with vocals... but 7/8 of their songs with that title, are instrumental, proving they don't properly understand the Russian language...

Before I forgot, I added "(-2019)" next to Temple of Perdition.
This information may be changed again depending on what I can gather when I start looking into this more deeply..... whenever I can be bothered. Hopefully tomorrow.

Any idea what the lyrics are for the "Temple of Sorrow" album nocturnaliridescence? They're not posted on the Bearded Dragon BandCamp. A bro on Reddit seemed concerned confused that the song names seem to allude to a topic of vampires?

A bro on Reddit seemed concerned confused that the song names seem to allude to a topic of vampires? Yep, they're here. They're a mix of horror-themed fantasy, with Christian theology/philosophy.

Added Battle of Armageddon, Norway, active Also added an "as of ????" note next to Lacryma Christi, Brazil. I don't know when exactly they became Christian, but Metal Archives does confirm they began as a secular band and converted later on.

I checked before naming my project Goatblood and didn't see any other bands with the same name, but... it turns out there's one on Metal Archives? I don't know how I missed that. Unless I made a typo when I wrote "goatblood" in the search field?...
At any rate the new project name is Arboth Moab, so I added that and moved "Goatblood" next to it.
