All I know is I tried to click one of those links earlier while I was at work and some photo of a well-rounded mademoiselle popped up on the screen so I clicked the 'x' quickly. LOL!

Uh... Okay. Odd, nothing of the sort appears for me. First link leads to a big list of unblack bands (along with several that aren't unblack, but anyway) and the other ones just lead to specific artist pages.

Perhaps an untreated flesh wound is the source of the stink...but I guess it's just a flesh wound.

What was her name? What was her quest? Was she an African or a European hamster?

Her name was mom. Her quest was to seek the holy grail. She was a European hamster (because the African ones are not migratory) but she got that air-speed-velocity question wrong and was flung across the bridge of death behind this rabbit that I don't want to go anywhere near.
I miss her very much. [darkness1]

Click on the CBM tag and there's a fairly sizable list of bands. That's...odd.

"Wow guys there's so much violence in the Bible : ( God punishes all these people and it hurts my feelings"
"lol guys silly Christians always getting offended by violence, am I right? So sensitive! I'm gonna go listen to some good old 'Eaten Back to Life' now! ♪♫ Carving up your eyeballs ♫♪"

My favorite spot of (hilarious) violence in the bible is when two bears mauled 42 teenagers because they called Elisha a "baldhead".

Regarding that, I read [this] once. Like many nitpicky things in the OT, it seems there were translation issues.

Even if it was hundreds of young men mocking Elisha in relation to his mentor, it still seems ridiculous to me that bears would come out and maul them.

it seems there were translation issues I always have mixed feelings regarding someone quoting scripture in relation to their personal beliefs, but openly acknowledging there's issues with the translation. I mean, I'm the same way - the Bible is the roadmap to my faith as well, but I think because of the skewed information because of translations - anything not related to core salvation, I'm not going to hold onto extremely tight.

Study textual criticism - lots of good info out there to help you formulate your opinion on how accurate the Bible translations are.

On Monday the Veronika and I went on a big hike along the coast outside of Barcelona but we got a super late start. The plan was to take a bus or train back to the city from where the trail ended. However, that was not to be the case... We got to the road and by this time it was pitch-black and the sketchy industrial area with a sand factory (or whatever it was) had no bus station. We had to go under this creepy bridge and run along/across the highway to get to the train station. Unfortunately, the train did not stop there but instead just cruelly passed us by. There was no way we were walking miles along the highway with no shoulder in the middle of the night. So we scrambled back through the creepy industrial area to where the trail supposedly continued. I brought a flashlight and it'd only be ~one hour hiking to continue to the next town. We found what appeared to be the trail but it quickly petered out and continuing to stand in the darkness with nothing but bushes and barking dogs around us, we decided to not continue that way... We ended up hitchhiking and got a ride from a very friendly middle-aged gay couple to the next town where buses still ran. We didn't get back to Barcelona until about 3:00am but it was well worth it! Good times. The following night we went with Veronika's housemate to a very authentic flamenco dance show in this tiny, dingy bar in the middle of the redlight district and it was absolutely fantastic.

Man, that would be a frightening situation to be in. ...then again, I'm a country bumpkin. Even walking through Chicago gives me a perpetual perspective.

That is quite a story indeed, Mr. Kerrick. Yea though you walk through the valley of the shadow of the industrial area, you will fear no evil.

I just went through my drafts on Metal Archives and tried to do some googling for a few of the bands. Wow, I am really glad I got out of that habit. I have to be honest, it is really frustrating trying to find info for some of these bands.
Here is the entirety of my notes for one of the bands:
May have a self-titled release of some sort.
Released the song "Cordeiro Santo".

NI's most recent shoutbox message inspired me to do a quick Google search, and I found something really interesting: www.ammanu.edu.jo/wiki1/it/articles/u/n/b/Unblack_metal.htmlThis appears to be in Italian, but I don't think that this is actually Wikipedia, so I don't know why it looks like it is. Here's the "ammanu.edu.jo" main page: www.ammanu.edu.jo/wiki1/it/index.htmlAnd the Italian Wikipedia homepage: it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pagina_principaleThe weird thing about this site is that it lists a bunch of CBM bands, some of which I've never heard of. Here's what was on the list that I didn't know about before: Ashes of Hell Crimson Crown Cupressaceae Dark Souls Dusk Golgotha (not to be confused with Golgota) Milhamah Nazareo Sanctus Obscurum Sempiternal Empire Tolath (Maybe this is a Christian band?) Unblasphemy (What a cheesy name...) White Fire Looks like I found a new project for NI! Edit: This fake Wikipedia page sites the real Italian Wikipedia page for "Black metal"...LOL Also, take a look at something else I found in the fake page's sources: tavern.unblack.com/Another CBM forum, but this one is all in German. It doesn't look like they're as active as we are, but they still have posts from 2016. And it looks like there's a post from a user named "Antestor"... Edit 2: So it turns out that ammanu.edu.jo is the website for a Jordanian university... What even is all of this?

VERY nice find CW! I've never heard of this "Mortal Death - Demo 96" either. Google turns up nothing except that page. I, too, have never heard of any of the bands you mentioned. I'll go through the full list then as well. Yep, this will be something for me to research later. Edit: ... I'm listening to this Tolath song on Myspace... What in the world is with the random "WOOOOOOOOOOW!"s in the background? That was an experience I will not be forgetting soon. Oh good grief, he has a SoundClick. It turns out, according to the page, he purposely made this music to be annoying? I think he succeeded! The music itself isn't even that bad. It's mostly these vocals.
